AC Porte Maillot Hotel

From the moment we arrived, the staff at AC Hotel Paris Port Maillot was welcoming and helpful. We arrived a bit early, and while our room was still being prepared, they happily stored our luggage so we could explore the city. When we returned later to check in, the bar manager kindly offered us complimentary drinks as an apology for the delay, even though we didn’t mind at all. It was a thoughtful gesture, and we enjoyed great drinks and conversation. The rooms were spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, and the views of the city were beautiful. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris!

We stayed in 5 hotels during our trip to France and this was easily the nicest one! Having purified sparkling or still water on each floor was amazing! Huge rooms with excellent A/C.

The AC stopped working on my first night I told them, they said they fixed it, after a full day of walking I come back and the AC wasn't working still. I call them back asked them again to fix it. They said they did and I heard the ventilator turning on so I assumed it was good to go. I fell asleep and then I woke up sweating at 1 am, I call again, they say the same thing but the room was still warm. Had to go downstairs to get the receptionist to fix the problem, not before he said he thought I asked him to make the room hotter even tho I told him twice to fix the AC not the heating, it's summer now, why would I want the room warmer????? Any ways the receptionist was SO ANNOYED at me after calling me a lier that I just had to post this. Also on the second room the lights kept going off, I had to get up and reinsert the key card into the switch slot to get them to work again. Also on the first room the TV freezes like it's a PC from 1991. Also is that old blood on the comforter? Also is that pee on the comforter? Also WHY IS THERE A COMFORTER IN SUMMER????????????????????????? SO DUMB
