Acacia Hotel Manila

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The service provided by the staff was exceptional—everyone was polite, attentive, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning view. I was also impressed by the hotel’s multiple floors, which added to the overall grandeur of the place. Moreover, the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of well-prepared dishes. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future.

The location is excellent. Seamless check-in and checkout despite the holiday season. I chose this hotel because of it's proximity to festival mall, fastbytes, snr and ATC. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of room to work. The internet connection was strong. The staff are efficient, helpful, very accommodating and friendly. Every need was promptly attended to. We truly appreciated the attentiveness of all the staff especially Ms. Faith (OJT). In a nutshell, it was a wonderful stay!

I stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila recently, and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I lost $100 from the in-room safe. Despite reporting the issue immediately, the hotel staff could not provide any resolution or support beyond a basic apology. It was deeply concerning that something like this could happen in a room that is supposed to be secure. I expected more accountability and assistance from a hotel of this standard. Sadly, I left feeling let down and unsafe. Please be cautious with your valuables if you choose to stay here.
