Acacia Motel Griffith

I loved it. Comfortable bed. Smart TV. Fridge Kettle, toaster, microwave, iron and ironing board. Biscuits tea & coffee. Heating which kept the room warm for the cold nights. Quiet environment and walking distance to restaurants, cafes, bars, take aways, shopping centre and the main strip. Parking. Will be back. The staff were friendly & helpful.

Terrible Experience – Very Unprofessional I booked a room with them a year in advance for 3 nights at a confirmed rate of $1100. Without any notice or communication, they cancelled my reservation and gave the room to someone else who paid $1500. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They clearly prioritize profit over honoring confirmed bookings. I do not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

Dated and Dirty. I arrived at the property and was greeted by staff promptly who was nice. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience stopped. I was handed my room key and not directed to where my room was located. Once I found my room when entered I was disappointed to find a very dated room in desperate need of updating and TLC. The paint on most walls is peeling and badly marked the curtains are falling off the runners. The bathroom is very dated and mouldy with a terrible sewage smell coming from the floor drains. I have also had to kill 4 cockroaches since arriving 45 mins ago. Safe to say I will not be booking this motel again.
