We had a wonderful stay at Accademia 39 a charming hotel. A special thanks to Nadia for the warm welcome and to Mavi for her exceptional hospitality throughout our visit. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made our experience memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
Overall giving 4/5 for this guest house! Exceptional friendly service from Nadia and the team. Made fresh eggs for us when requested in the morning and filled the guest house with the gorgeous smell of baking! Amazing location for Sorrento. Couple of points, the classic room could have some more storage options for clothes and the construction on the adjacent building was a real shame during our stay waking us up from 7am and the noise during breakfast however, this really wasn't something the accomodation could prevent.
Worst customer service I have ever received! ….. In response to the hotels feedback below. Respectfully, I don’t have to stay to at your hotel to provide feedback on your customer service. Customer service begins before the actual stay and is based on how the customer is treated throughout the process. My feedback is based on my experience with interacting with your hotel which led me to decide not to stay with you based on such poor service. Also the tone in your response is disrespectful and misleading. It also supports my point on poor customer service. ….. Firstly, it’s completely inappropriate to be disclosing travel details. Secondly, this is not about getting a free trip. When we cancelled with you last year, you agreed to give us 50% back which we appreciated. However, you also agreed that if we booked with you this year we would get 50% off. As such, we followed up with you per the terms you offered and agree to. You did not follow through on your commitment and I think it’s important for potential customers to know the risk. We will gladly proceed with finding a hotel who actually care about customer service. ….. In closing, it’s actually inappropriate the way you manage your business and speak to customers. The details of the arrangement were not suggested or fabricated. If you haveconcerns, I would suggest you take it up with your own team and not project your frustration on me. There were very personal and extenuating circumstances that led to our cancellation and one of your staff members suggested this arrangement out of empathy of what we were going through. Keep in mind only 50% of what we paid was returned (so we paid for a service we never received). Although we could have chose to reserve somewhere else when looking to rebook, we appreciated the kind gesture that was offered to us at that time and had every intention of booking and paying presently. I want potential travellers to be aware of the risks involved, including instances where commitments may not be honoured, rude interactions, and possible hidden motives that could affect their experience.
