Everything was great except for the centrally controlled air conditioning system. At times, the room temperature went up to 29°C, which was quite uncomfortable. That aside, this is easily the best hotel in Sivas – delicious breakfast, spacious rooms, a proper work/study area, gym, hammam, and plenty of other amenities. Well done, team! Just please fix the A/C issue 😎

I stayed at this hotel for two days, and it was disappointing experience. The location is in the middle of nowhere, with views of a gas station and railway dead-end, nothing remotely interesting nearby. The hotel itself is rundown and shabby, with stained carpets and furniture. Housekeeping was poor, with peeling paint in the bathroom and a rusty sink. The towels and bedding were greyish, washed out and low quality, and the whole place was dusty and poorly maintained. This hotel is basic and in no way corresponds to its claimed 5-star rating. The breakfast was poor, with terrible coffee and somewhat questionable freshness of dairy products. To top it off, the manager was rude, didn't speak English, making communication difficult for international visitors. Despite its size, green park hotel feels more like a poorly maintained motel, it falls far short of standards. The property is mostly empty and rundown, with little attention to upkeep. It's only suitable as a quick stopover sleep if you're driving through this unremarkable town. I wouldn’t recommend it for anything more than that.

We were traveling by road with three kids and reached the hotel 2 AM,27th Mar 2024, Hotel agreed for late check out and serving Breakfast up to 12 PM, we went to restaurant 11:00,they informed us its closed, and they did not accept the term that they agreed at morning. The shocking part for us was when they said if you apologize for your mistake and sign a paper saying that we wake up late !!! we will offer you breakfast!!! After traveling all over the world, this is the first time I hear that from the hotel manager, He was so rude and unpolite and I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel or be ready for apologize !!! such a joke I suggest the hotel to send the manager to refresh curse if they don’t fire him!!I called their head office in Istanbul, surprisingly they told me they can not do anything about the compalin and the only solution they gave is to NOT GO THIS HOTEL ANY MORE!!! ------------------------------------- well thanks to your respond, your side of the story and the level and literature of your respond is showing how hard you are trying to clear off your shoulder and how good you are in communicating and treating your guests!!! like my family haven't contact the reception for this request and, they call the police right after they saw the restaurant is close just for fun !! as you point out and it was not in response to rude behavior of your staff, like they just want to show off regarding the car and that was not in response to your hotel manager comments on ability of my family to pay for breakfast outside of the hotel! I am sorry for my family's stay in your hotel, and I definitely should take the advice of your head office, to not stay in your hotel!!! My issue was not to be able to be served with breakfast or not , don't drive it that way, the way you react, the way you treat the guest, and the way you and your head office handle the complain is something you failed dramatically, you like it or not.
