Our room had no fridge inside, although one cupboard seemed to be precisely prepared in order to store one. The room was quite clean, we received a bottle of water free of charge. The service was quite helpful, maybe a bit harsh tho. The “flat TV” was quite small and wasn’t that flat either, but that’s not quite as big of a concern. There are only few spaces for bikes (quite too few). The breakfast was ok - nothing special, however a good choice for that price.
We have family close by. The staff tries their best and rooms are clean. Rooms are a bit small and other guests were a bit loud sometimes but I'd still come again
Unfriendly - rude - disrespectful The front lady rejected our stay at the hotel despite having vacant rooms. After a 12 hours journey we were forced to drive to Leipzig and stay there. Absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, shame on you ACHAT hotel arranging this kind of coworkers
