Wonderful place. They were taking care of my luggage,gave me an umbrella when i needed it also. The breakfast was rich,the bar and restaurant were amazing and love the fact that it's a 24/7 hotel. Hard working stuff that were always smilling! Very affordable,4 night stay with all inclusive were around 212 euros! The metro station is 2 minutes away and 5 minutes away there's a Lidl. 10/10 for me.

Great hotel and location. Room is modern and clean. Washroom is spacious and modern. Breakfast tastes great. They have sausage, ham, cheese, salad, omelette, boiled eggs, fruit, milk, cereal, juices, coffee, tea. Customer service is great and friendly. Overall satisfied.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and did not meet our expectations. From the first day, we requested a room change due to issues like the air conditioner (which required calling reception to adjust) and constant noise from the elevator, but the reception refused. After contacting Booking.com, they convinced the hotel to offer a room change, but the hotel never reached out to us. The manager was highly unprofessional and only suggested a new room after we were so frustrated that we booked another place and decided to check out the next day, even though our booking was non-refundable. While we understand that the room fee was non-refundable, they could have refunded the 15 euros per person we paid for breakfast, but they refused. The breakfast itself was very disappointing, with no fresh vegetables and only one coffee machine for all guests, causing long delays. Additionally, the room lacked facilities like a refrigerator and a water kettle, which were listed on the website but not provided. Overall, the hotel is severely overrated, unprofessional, and does not deliver on its promises. We would not recommend it.
