Went here recently with my boyfriend, pool area and around the hotel was so pretty and actually a lot nicer than the pictures shown online so was pleasantly surprised! Was never too busy so there was always free sunbeds throughout the day. Bus stops were right outside the hotel which took you into the local towns! Staff was so lovely and helpful and even went the extra mile to send back my teddy I forgot there all the way back to England! Had such a lovely time!
We stayed at this hotel for a week and found it to be quite peaceful, located in a convenient area. The hotel is very well connected by public transportation, with a bus stop literally in front of the building. While the rooms were modest and somewhat dated, they were exceptionally clean. Housekeeping service was provided every morning, with fresh sheets and a thorough cleaning of the room, which we greatly appreciated. However, we were quite disappointed with the half-board option (breakfast and dinner) that we had paid for in advance. Although dinner offered a choice between two meals, the food was predominantly fried or baked, with no cooked options, and did not seem particularly fresh. This unfortunately led to some digestive discomfort. The breakfast was even more disappointing, consisting of two slices of ham, two slices of cheese, two pieces of toast, and a small, stale croissant with a few jams. Considering that this breakfast effectively costs €15, it is certainly not worth the money. On a positive note, the pool area was very nice and not crowded at all. If you have any problems at all don't ask the staff because their English is reaaaally bad.
We stayed here for a week and overall did enjoy our stay. Starting with the positives, the communal areas including the pool and bar area were very relaxing and lovely to spend time in. The bar was particularly great serving a wide range of food and drinks for very very decent prices. The service was also very good throughout our stay, our room was refreshed daily providing clean towels. That said, we were quite surprised on arriving at how basic and unclean the room was. It was sold as a self catering room however the lack of washing up liquid and sufficient cooking utensils meant we actually ate out every night. Secondly, you have to pay for the air conditioning. It works out at €5 a day so not too expensive but definitely something to be aware of to avoid any surprises. With regards to the location, it was generally okay. It took us about 7 minutes to walk to a shop and about 20-25 minutes to the beach and centre of Faliraki. Overall, we would stay here again but would probably opt for half board to take greater advantage of the good food etc that it is provided there.
