Peaceful resort...many activities if you get the armband and pass for the water park, pool, miniature golf, and more. Diverse guests and residents...fun for all ... Pools to find peace. Pools with pool bars and great food. Candace and Andy were great bartenders and great food. Thanks to a friend was able to bring kids. Had a great time at Disney...so close and shuttles to all from resort.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see how far this once beautiful resort has fallen. As a long-time timeshare owner, I’ve been coming here for years and have watched the quality and standards plummet. To start, there were no luggage carts available in the building — there used to always be at least two. Trash was overflowing everywhere — spilling onto walkways and even down the stairs. Guests are apparently expected to take their own garbage to nearby dumpsters, yet piles of trash were left rotting under stairwells for days with no housekeeping in sight. We experienced a lengthy power outage with no explanation, despite clear skies and no bad weather. To make things worse, the fire alarm malfunctioned in the middle of the night — going off at 2 a.m. and again at 6 a.m. Fire trucks didn’t arrive until nearly half an hour later, and the front desk was completely unresponsive the entire time. The property is also becoming unhygienic and unkempt — there was dog waste all over the grass near the parking areas, even though only service animals are supposedly allowed. On top of that, guests were openly smoking weed on their balconies, making it impossible to enjoy the fresh air or relax. This resort used to feel like a hidden gem. Now it feels neglected, poorly managed, and honestly not worth returning to. I hope ownership takes these issues seriously before more loyal guests decide they’ve had enough.

Our arrival at The Reunion was extremely disappointing. When we got there, our door code didn’t work and we were locked out of our unit. Once we finally got inside, we discovered the WiFi and all three TVs weren’t working, the lights in the master bedroom didn’t work, and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. The entire unit showed signs of poor maintenance, which made our stay even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, when we went to the main hotel to pick up wristbands for the water park, we were told our condo didn’t have access — something that was never mentioned beforehand. Thank goodness for Mike at the water park, who, after hearing about our situation, generously gave us a cabana free of charge. His kindness was the one bright spot in an otherwise terrible start. We are here for a three-day stay but have decided to cut our trip short and leave early. We still don’t have access to any of the TVs, which might not sound like a big deal, but with three young children it’s been a real challenge. Our first day was so bad we’re still recovering from it, and we honestly can’t wait to leave.
