We stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and always made sure we were comfortable. The highlight was that, even after we checked out, they kindly let us use a room to shower before our night bus — such a thoughtful gesture! The location is great, the service feels personal, and we truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommend.

✨ Two magical days and nights at Acoustic Hotel & Spa – like home, but with a balcony over Hanoi ✨ From the very first moment, I felt cared for — I was welcomed with a warm smile, a bottle of water, and a plate of fresh fruits. The entire staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely kind. They seemed to anticipate my needs before I even voiced them. Everyone speaks excellent English, and communicating with them was an absolute pleasure. My room was spotless, with everything I needed: a lovely balcony, tea, coffee, refreshing drinks, a clean shower with all the essentials, and cozy slippers. And to my surprise — they kindly upgraded my room for both nights, free of charge. Such a generous gesture! This was my first hotel in Vietnam, and thanks to Acoustic Hotel, the country instantly felt warm, welcoming, and even a bit like home. There’s also an on-site spa, a restaurant, and room service if you'd like to order in. Everything you could need is right here — and the price is incredibly reasonable for a prime location in Hanoi. Truly recommend — this place holds warmth, hospitality, and heart.
