Excellent location. Great facilities. Delicious breakfast albeit very expensive. The room is small that's the only negative although the washroom is fairly large in comparison. If the rooms were a little bigger it would have been perfect but the location facilities and breakfast more than make up for it.
Stayed at Acqua for 14 nights in an Exclusive deluxe room. It's located off Soi Honey , which is a great location in the heart of Pattaya. Tree Town, LK Metro and Soi buakhao are just a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the Breakfast, so much to choose from. The staff here excell. So polite, thoughtful and attentive. Always greeting us with a Wai and a lovely Thai smile. The room was kept very clean and the complimentary drinks refreshed daily. There is currently building work going on nearby, but it did not effect our stay. We would happily book this hotel again for our next trip.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Acqua Hotel Pattaya. The breakfast was good, everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The fridge in the room was a practical touch, and the rooftop pool is a great spot to relax above the city. However, the room and balcony were very small and quite dark, which made the space feel cramped. The surrounding area is also not very appealing. Still, if you value cleanliness, good service, and a solid breakfast, this hotel is a reliable choice.
