Acqualina Resort and Residences

We had a wonderful stay! The customer service was outstanding! Shout out to pool attendants Valentina and Ivan at the beach, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Valentina surprised us with refreshing smoothies by the pool! And Leah with guest services surprised my girls with matching teddy bears and robes with slippers! Sometimes it’s the little things that make you feel special! The beach was beautiful and relaxing, perfect for our vacation. Highly recommend!

This hotel by far is the best luxury experience we’ve experienced. We have traveled all over the world and very few come close. We have become frequent regulars and look forward to our stays. It’s excellent to come with the kids and without as they do have a separate adults only area. The kids club is excellent and there’s plenty for the kids to do. Food is beyond and the treatment is like no other. Don’t miss the spa! Just simply the best. 10/10

I visited this hotel while in Miami, and the service was excellent. We had Ivan as our host and he was so nice. Very personable he attended to all of our needs making sure we had the best experience. We also, had the pleasure of meeting his manager Alize who was very attentive. They really treated us like Royalty. I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. Thank You Acqualina Resort for having a great staff.
