AcquaSanta Lofts Hotel

This hotel was incredible. This is my first time in Colombia. I was staying in Cali for a few days, and this hotel was so far beyond my expectations. The rooms are just unbelievable for the price. The one thing that I wish we would’ve had available as a fan.. I’m probably an exception; however, I tend to get hot. It isn’t enough for me to take away from the rating. I still have to give it a solid perfect score. I will be back!

The lofts overall very nice looking, very spacious, well equipped and the view is nice once you're inside. The infinity pool is ok, although the views from the pool aren't that great, plus it was dirty. Room service is good, breakfast its great until you stay a week. The menu its the same everyday. Mini bar was good. Communication with the receptionists was fast and efficient. Most of the stuff looks old, specially the bathrooms and living room area. The Jacuzzi didn't work at first, the surround system didn't work at all. Some front desk employees weren't very welcoming or polite. They have restrictions on how many guest you can have and until what time they can be inside your loft. you're better off booking at an Airbnb if you plan on traveling with more than two adults. Overall I wouldn't stay here again but I would definitely recommend on a two day trip.

The worst hotel experience I've ever hard. My biggest recommendation: save your money and stay elsewhere. - dirty towels - blackout curtains stopped working halfway through our stay - hot water takes 30 minutes to come in and quickly turns into scorching hot - breakfast food options are sub par. Please be aware it's the same food as the restaurant next door, nothing fancy. - limited outlets and the ones that are available are almost impossible to reach (like get down parallel to the ground to reach type of impossible). The extension cord provided was broken (of course it was) - erroneously charged me hotel tax (IVA) despite being a tourist and refused to provide a refund. To this day I still don't have my money back. For the cost per night (most expensive in the city at the time of my stay,) you expect PERFECTION. This was so far from that. Other than the location and the size of the rooms, this hotel has nothing else to offer.
