We had a fantastic experience at Acro Suites. When a AC issue arose in our room, the staff handled it with the utmost professionalism and grace, demonstrating truly exceptional customer service. They did everything to address the problem promptly and went above and beyond by offering a thoughtful gesture in compensation. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a positive stay made all the difference. Besides, I don’t need to point out how the views, the breakfast, the dinner, and the staff were wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This resort is a slice of heaven! The views are absolutely incredible! They recognized our Hilton Diamond status and upgraded our room. We had a large infinity pool with a seating area that had perfect views of the sunset. This resort focuses on wellness and you can feel it in every aspect, from the welcome at reception, to the rooms, to the pool, to the restaurants, to the fitness center and of course to the spa. A place to really sit back and relax and take in all the beauty!

I have to share with you an emotion about a place that I just fell in love with - it's Acro Suites!!! Imagine: you wake up and in front of you is the endless sea, the sun is gently pouring into the room, and there is absolute silence all around. Just you, nature and this perfect minimalism. Every corner there - as if created to breathe deeper and slow down. Private pool, cozy veranda, natural materials - wood, stone, all in calm colors. Very beautiful and without unnecessary pathos. I was also impressed by the staff - unobtrusive, but very caring guys. You feel welcome, but you are given full space to be yourself. And you know, during these few days I really rested both my head and my heart. It's not just a hotel, it's a place of strength. I'd go back there tomorrow. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
