The hotel was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, though starting to show slight signs of age. It's located a bit farther from the main attractions, which means a longer walk to most places, but the trade-off is a quieter setting with minimal foot traffic. We really appreciated the service and helpful guidance from the staff. A special shout out to Sara, who was incredibly knowledgeable and kind—her tips on what to see and where to eat saved us a lot of time and made our stay more enjoyable. We did experience some issues with the air conditioning, which didn’t work consistently through the night. Although the staff made an effort to help, it seemed like there was an underlying issue that couldn’t be fully resolved during our stay. Despite that, overall it was a good experience, and we would still consider staying here again.
This hotel was a really pleasant stay in the beautiful city of Porto. It is not far from the major attractions in town, the rooms are nice and modern, and the breakfast was well appointed. I would without hesitation stay here if I visit this lovely city again.
The hotel features a modern design, though the reception staff may seem somewhat distant, potentially conveying an unwelcoming atmosphere. Standard check-in begins at 3 PM. Arriving earlier requires a €10 additional fee for early room access. This charge can be unexpected, especially if a room is available. The room itself was well-appointed with amenities, including a coffee machine, mini fridge, and safe. However, rooms adjacent to the housekeeping area may experience noise disturbances in the morning due to staff conversations and activities. Breakfast is enjoyable, though the staff's detached demeanor may make requests feel burdensome. The sky lounge offers a pleasant setting for photography and relaxation, particularly when the bar is open.
