They’re under construction right now, staff was great, breakfast as well, but that was bothersome and no one said anything beforehand. Also no toiletries
We were there in February, it's all an ugly building site, unfriendly staff and noise everywhere. They clean when the guests are there. You don't really feel welcome.
Horrible experience, The pictures you see online do not reflect the reality of the hotel. It was so bad that we have up on the room knowing that we will not be reinbursed. The floors on the terrace are rotten, towels and are old, smells disgusting. They do not offer anything, even the people from the reception told us that many people are dissatisfied and she understand as, it should have gone into renovation a long time ago…. The hotel refused to reinbursed us (we left in the first day) Quality price= 0
