Stayed for 5 nights during a ski trip. The experience completely surpassed my expectations. Highlights included: #1 Superb staff (including. Rinaldo and Bepe) that went above and beyond to make stay enjoyable. #2 High quality rooms, food, activities and amenities (including spa). #3 Great location in the town, 5 mins in car from the ski lift. Overall highly recommended and great value for money.
Thank you very much for looking after us, even the weather was not a perfect for skiing we truly enjoyed hotel and all its facilities. Amazing staff in the restaurant Chiara, Izmir, Azam, Carolina also Stefano at reception and gentleman who suggested alternative plan for visiting area, plus many others who were part of our holiday. We really enjoyed culinary experience, amazing food, cozy rooms, location just perfect, everyone who made our stay unforgettable. We recommend this hotel very much! (stay 24 feb - 2 march) Thank you!
