Active Hotel La Torre

I really wanted to visit this hotel. Friends of mine highly recommended it to me (excellent spa with a very beautiful mountain view). But my flight was cancelled, so I could not get there on time. I’ve already got upset knowing that it is very hard thing in Italy to reschedule or cancel the booking without any fines, but decided to try my luck and sent a message to the hotel asking to move my booking one day forward. Mikele (the manager) was very friendly and rescheduled my booking without any problems and extra payments! Btw the hotel is like my friends told me. Clean and very comfortable. Glad to be here. Amazing place. Highly recommend🙌🏼

Terrible customer service. There is absolutely no professionalism. It's like they just don't care. I stayed there for 1 night from July 9-10. The breakfast hours were 7:30am-9am, we got there at 8:40am, to which they simply said breakfast closes in 15 minutes and just started wrapping everything up. They did not even allow us to have coffee. The rooms were okay, it felt like things weren't cleaned properly. Would not recommend.

Very bad experience. Not worth its 4 star status. We were declined breakfast and even coffee rudely as we reached 20 minutes before they closed for breakfast. Not that they had an exceptional breakfast that we would take hours to sit and enjoy. All we could see was jam and bread. All extra facilities like pool spa sauna were charged and open only for few odd hours: which we were not informed about before. The people who checked us in were in clothes not suitable for a 4 star hotel experience. It felt more like a motel staying there. Do not stay here.
