Excellent Stay Great value for money and the receptionist was very friendly and efficient on check in The hotel is located in Pest side and less than 10 min walk you can take trams and metro to the city center very easily! The room was huge and the bathroom was very clean. You have local shops nearby as well which is convenient. Would highly recommend and I will be visiting again.

The rooms are very generous in size and the location was top, close to the Danube river. Best part was the mattress, very comfy. Really good value for money in Budapest 🙏🏼 Recommend for a good nights sleep 💤

Unfortunately, our stay at Actor Hotel in Budapest was a major disappointment. Upon check-in, we encountered a very unprofessional and unfriendly receptionist from one of the shifts, who made us wait for over an hour, claiming the rooms hadn’t been cleaned yet. When we finally received our room key, we were shocked by the condition of the room – it was nothing short of caricature-like. There were visible stains on the walls and duvets, the bathroom had mold, and the floor was clearly dirty. The cleanliness didn’t meet even the most basic hotel standards, and the entire place felt neglected and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, water was dripping from the ceiling in the hallway, which not only looked unpleasant but also raised serious concerns about the building’s safety and condition. I strongly do not recommend this hotel and advise others to avoid it if you’re looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
