Adagio Aparthotel Jeddah Malik Road

Overall a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well located. I’d like to mention Sarful Hoque provided exceptional room service during my stay. He was always prompt, polite, and very professional, ensuring all my needs were met with great care.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was well organized, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special appreciation goes to Sarful for his exceptional service, quick response, and kind behavior.

Housekeeping staff Arafat is a good guy to keep the things ready but unfortunately most of the time you have to suffer for each and everything. They don't provide shaving kits which is something basic in hotel accommodation. They provided broken iron two time due to which the hot water fall onto my feet. Some rooms are semi detached due which I have faced issues just because of the neighbour room voices. The only two persons who can insure the things are Reception guys and The Arafat from house keeping staff. Applause for reception team and Arafat. Overall my experience is not that good which I was expecting from Adagio.
