民宿整體外內的設計風格顯得花費不少心思，樓頂裝設太陽能板，門前規劃停車區域，還設置電動車的充電樁。屋主也住在這裏的其中一層，一樓與三樓有飲水機，飲料提供茶包，可惜沒有咖啡包。 住宿地點隨離市區有段距離，由於在第三方平台訂房是不含早餐（除非另外付費），但緊鄰國中校區周邊，常態的生活機能還是俱全，旁邊的溫水游泳池就佔地利之便。 浴廁牆上有張貼「由於熱水管線比較長，需要2-3分鐘才有熱水」，這倒是沒什麼大礙。房間內裝與網站照片稍有不同，可惜細節上有些許遺憾，畢竟不是飯店，只能泡在浴缸望著窗外開發中的道路風景，暫時紓解工作疲勞： 這次商務行住在頂層的501房，外面有一個近似專屬的平台空間（無對外開放），但房間後門可以直接出入，眺望附近的周遭環境。平日房價一晚超過2600元（直接官網訂購比較優惠）！ 晚上空調明顯出現油漆味，老闆說可能近日做防水工程的關係，這實在是，嗯😐，我運氣不好👎⋯⋯
