We had an unforgettable stay at Adam & Eve Hotel. Everything was simply perfect – from the vibrant atmosphere to the delicious food and the top-notch service. A very special thank you to Mahir Yildirim, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and truly taken care of. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference in our experience. This place is a paradise for anyone looking to relax, enjoy, and be treated like royalty. Positive: Friendly staff members like Bayram and Doruk (10/10) who were always helpful, a spacious room, and a free mini bar with enough choice and quantity. The entertainment program with pool activities and evening shows was also enjoyable. Negative: Cleanliness was far below expectations. My first look from the balcony was disappointing – instead of enjoying the sea view, I saw more than 50 cigarette butts left by other guests on the grass below. They were clearly visible even from 10 meters away, so I didn’t report it to the cleaning staff or reception, as this should be an obvious part of routine maintenance. Nothing was done during my entire 9-day stay. In the restaurant, dishes and chairs were often dirty, many tables were left uncleared and I must them clear myself. Food quality was poor, causing stomach problems. We were also kept for around 20 minutes before check-in in a “waiting room” that looked like a basement apartment, with dirty furniture and walls. There was also an unpleasant encounter with a waiter who, in an unfriendly tone, told me a table was “reserved” (marked only by a barely visible glass) even though no reservations are normally made in that area. Bottom line: This hotel has potential, but it needs a lot of work on cleanliness, food quality, and consistency in service. I wish you a lot of success in the future. 2.5⭐️/5

This was my second stay at this hotel, and sadly, I’ve encountered the same issues again—mainly a lack of rule enforcement and what felt like unfair treatment. My wife and I, along with another couple, placed our towels on four sun loungers before heading for a drink and then lunch. When we returned, we found that two of the loungers were taken by other guests. I tried to explain to them politely that we had reserved the loungers and had just gone to eat, but they didn’t speak English and ignored us. I then approached a manager for assistance, expecting support in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, I was told there was nothing they could do because there weren’t enough loungers available. This felt like a complete disregard for the situation. We had followed the same routine as many others at the hotel, yet no effort was made to uphold any kind of fairness. It’s very frustrating when hotel policies are not enforced equally. What’s worse is the sense that certain guests are treated differently, which leaves a bad impression. Everyone should be subject to the same rules, and the staff should be prepared to intervene when guests are clearly in the right. Because of this repeated experience and the management’s lack of support, I can only give this hotel one star. I won’t be returning.
