Great place to stay. Unfortunately internet is not working as advertised. Assigned me to 3rd floor and no lift.

We had booked and paid through Agoda, looking forward to our stay—but when we arrived, the management told us they couldn’t find our booking. It was only after we showed our receipt that they admitted they had missed it. Sadly, by then, all the rooms were already taken. Although they did help by refunding our payment and arranging another hotel, the whole experience left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. We had hoped for a smooth and welcoming check-in, but instead were met with stress and letdown.

Adam Hotel Booking I booked a room with a queen bed, but upon arrival, I was given a room with two single beds. I was still willing to accept it, but the condition of the room was unacceptable. The floor was still wet and sticky, and the pillowcases and mattress were dirty with visible stains. Please refer to the attached photos as evidence — I am not exaggerating. I’m very disappointed with this experience. Unfortunately, this will be my first and last stay at Adam Hotel.
