We went over the long weekend of May 1st and had the most wonderful time. The rooms were clean, modern and spacious. The swimming pool area was quiet and perfect to relax. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure our stay was really pleasant. Perhaps my only complaint is the spa seemed to be the only part of the hotel were service needs a little work. We were unable to make an appointment due to the lack of flexibility from its staff. Other than that, a really top notch experience. 👌
10 out of 10. The hotel front desk Mgr. Kamal and all the staff were committed to make sure we had an exceptional experience. Impeccable service and the chef is their secret weapon. His risotto is the best I've ever had in my life. The restaurant was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions and all meals that left the kitchen was amazing. Overall, great hotel experience and staff. Highly recommended.
It is a lovely place. The houses are very nice and spacious, with nice details. Clean and tidy. The service is very good and helpful. Good breakfast too. We are here with our two boys and they love it. Kids club is not big but the guys are very nice, so we can leave them and relax by the pool.
