⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve just stayed at the Adams Hotel in Cyprus and honestly, the whole experience has been absolutely amazing — from the food to the service, everything has been spot on. I particularly want to highlight two incredible members of staff who truly made our stay extra special: Georgia at reception is an absolute asset to the hotel — professional, kind, and always willing to help. She made every interaction feel warm and personal. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. And then there’s Liv at the pool snack bar — this lady deserves serious recognition. Out of all the staff working there, she stood out by far for her energy, friendliness, and positivity. She’s got this beautiful, welcoming smile and just radiates good energy. Every time we saw her, she brightened our day. She has curly hair and glasses — so if you’re lucky enough to be served by her, you’ll know exactly who I mean! As someone who owns a busy salon business back in Brighton, UK, I can say with confidence that Liv’s customer service skills are exceptional and would easily earn her employee of the month in any customer-focused setting. She’s a real credit to the company and shouldn’t be underestimated — the kind of person that makes guests want to return. Thank you to all the team at Adams Hotel for a lovely stay — we’ll definitely be coming back!
Very Nice Hotel! Upsides: Clean and welcoming with great staff, fun evening shows, good breakfasts, and a convenience store open late. The highlight: excellent pools for all ages and a beautiful private beach steps away, perfect for kids to enjoy all day. Downsides: You must buy water at the pool and dining room for 5.70€ for a 75cl bottle plus a tip request. A day in the sun can be very expensive. Lunch food quality was poor (leftovers, reheated frozen chicken burgers), though dinner was ok. The travel desk didn't know how to advise or help beyond handing out flyers. Overall, we had a great stay!! We hope they do something about the water pricing (even charge more for the rooms, but not in a way like this), and improve the food quality to match true 5-star standards.
It was awfully! The room we got firstly smelled disgusting and it was very old! We asked to change the room and the hotel agreed immediately. The new room was better if compared the smell but it was as old as previous one. The staff tried to persuade us that the room was renovated 🤦♀️ The air conditioning system was old and worked very noisy. To be honest it was very offensive because it was our fourth time in the Adams and the only time when we got so bad old room. When we made the reservation there was nothing about the condition of the room and we paid the full price, without any discounts. The hotel didn’t give any explanation but that they are full. The breakfast and the dinner was good enough with wide choices of food. And the place where the hotel is situated is amazing: the first line near the sea and next to Nissi bay. We chose the hotel because they offer aqua park on its territory but it was closed. Not the best vacation we had.
