We stayed at Adara Richmond during our Melbourne trip with my family and had a pleasant experience. The price was very affordable, and the location is great—close to the city and easily accessible by tram. The apartment itself was a bit old, but well-maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, a good option for families looking for a budget-friendly stay near the city.
Booked a non smoking room, walk into the room and it absolutely stinks of cigarettes! Booked a larger bed and was given a double bed. The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in and I woke up not being able to walk, then to twist my foot because the floor is not flat or smooth and has bumps all over it.
This would have been a great location for our stay in Melbourne however 12 hours before leaving to travel to Melbourne ADara advised our booking was cancelled with NO explanation. Other accommodation had to be secured at more than double the cost. Be very cautious people when making a booking!
