The Address Dubai Mall is an excellent hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff are kind especially “Amria” is truly exceptional. She is always smiling, welcoming, and makes guests feel at home. She handles requests quickly and with care, showing true professionalism and kindness. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and memorable. She is a great asset to the hotel, and I am very grateful for her outstanding service. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it. ✅ Excellent

I am writing to share my recent experience at The Address Dubai Mall Hotel’s breakfast buffet, which unfortunately was very disappointing. The service fell below expectations: food arrived late and was served cold, and the buffet area was messy and not properly maintained. The selection of dishes was also quite limited. On 7 August, the experience was particularly poor. Tea was served very late, and I noticed that some of the teapots were worn out. The waiters kept passing by without giving us any attention, and overall, I felt unwelcome. As a returning guest who has enjoyed your hotel in the past, I was surprised by this decline in service and presentation. I truly hope that management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that the high standards associated with The Address brand are maintained. That being said, I would like to acknowledge the positive aspects of my stay. The front desk was very welcoming, room service was excellent, and housekeeping thoughtfully checked in to ensure nothing was missing.
