My stay at Address Hotel was decent, and the overall experience was okay, but it did not fully meet my expectations. The rooms were comfortable, and the location was convenient, yet the services provided felt below the price paid. For the rates charged, I expected higher quality in amenities, food, and staff attentiveness. While it’s not a bad choice, the value for money is somewhat lacking compared to what was promised
Not exceptional service, we arrived and the room didn't even have towels. Although the room was not the cheapest it was very bare and not very bright. Low-level breakfast and overall facility maybe just adequate. Only positive note is the location but no assured parking space if you go by car.
This hotel was not even close to a 4-star rating. People are lies about how good it is. Standard as a cheap youth hostel. The breakfast was not buffe. It was a simple breakfast. You can get a better breakfast for 25 DH in restaurants. The air conditioner did not work in my room. Lots of noise from traffic. The door to the room could you only open halfway. There were no towels when I arrived. I booked the room for 5 nights but moved out after one night. For the price, it was a horrible experience.
