I had a truly wonderful experience at the spa in the hotel. Everything was perfect - from the calm and elegant atmosphere to the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is incredibly polite, attentive, and welcoming, which made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from the very beginning. I would especially like to highlight the therapist Ika - she is absolutely amazing. Her technique, energy, and attention to detail made the treatment exceptional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a high-quality spa experience in a beautiful setting.

I’ve stayed at Address Istanbul Hotel three times now, and every stay has been consistently outstanding. The rooms are beautifully designed and always spotless, and the staff provide exceptional service—professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. The spa, wellness facilities, and overall comfort make it the perfect place to relax. This is truly my favorite hotel in Istanbul and my first choice every time I visit.

First time in this hotel, it was a pleasant experience. The front desk was very efficient and welcoming. The room was very spacious and well designed and maintained, and the bathroom was amazing and had all the amenities that you needed. The quality of sleep was very good. Outside noises were very minimal, as the long hallway separates the elevators from the rooms. Breakfast was very good, and all the staff working in the breakfast area deserve a big star, super welcoming and super friendly Overall, it was a great experience
