The hotel is in good location, seems newly renovated, the pool area is good for such size hotel. The staff was friendly, offered assistance as needed with good atitude. All seems clean, restaurant has wide variety of dishes. Minor inconvenience no electric iron to borrow(but they have laundry services available during the daytime). All in all good experience, would stay again if visited Side. The quality exceeds the price.
Nothing fancy, but overall, we had a lovely time staying here. The food was delicious, the cocktails were superb (especially thanks to Halim), and the staff was caring. The pool was quite large, and we always managed to find available loungers even though we were a big group of seven. I would stay here again :)
Mixed bad but overall good. Most staff very friendly including yusuf bartender and Mirat on reception. However some staff serving do not say a word, even if I use my basic Turkish with them. Housekeeping 10/10, food 8:10, what you would expect from an all inclusive hotel. By the sounds of previous reviews, people were expecting - 5 star cruise cuisine
