Adempira Termal & Spa Hotel

Best night sleep this holiday. Nice bed, nice duvet, nice pillows and surprising quiet for such a big hotel. The meals were shared with 100s other guests in a huge buffet but it's only 15 min walk from the village so you can go out for an affordable beer and wander round the nice little shops and restaurants.

This place does almost nothing right. The staff are needlessly rude and act entitled to your patronage. When the language barrier presents difficulty in communication, the default response of staff is to bark unintelligible orders at their guests. Periodically throughout the day, the air conditioning in your room inexplicably gets shut off by a master switch, thereby forcing you to call the desk and have it turned back on. Want to go to bed early? Impossible. They blast trashy dance music late into the night at the pool area. Let's address the buffet: the dining hall looked liked a dentist's office and zero attempt was made to make the slop they served look the least bit appetizing. Just imagine monochromatic vomit from a baby and you'll start to get the idea. Spend your hard-earned money somewhere else that actually values your business.

There is no hotel that serves breakfast until 10:00, but fried eggs are not served at 7:30, and there is no explanation to the outside world. I asked the on-site staff, and there was only one answer. Is this the service of a five-star hotel?
