Horrible service, they left us hanging on the street at night, even though we booked and paid, saying “we’re overbooked” - didn’t care or try to help even though we clearly explained we don’t have anywhere to stay - also, they had a canned printout in English they showed us, which had five other guests’ names on it for that night, so this is clearly not their first time doing this, it’s a routine thing for them. Buyer beware.
We booked via Agoda weeks in advance, fully paid - arrived at 8 pm, and were told that “they’re overbooked” and we can’t stay. Buyer beware.
