I prefer to stay downtown because you can save for one and explore much more instead of paying all-inclusive and being gone the whole day. Have stood downtown before and this for me was the most quiet and relaxing hotel as it is a few blocks from one of the main streets downtown and major traffic is therefore not much car traffic especially bus and truck traffic. It has a few groceries stores within walking distance as is many new restaurants on Nader Street which was a pleasant surprise just walking a few blocks . If you like to walk and explore this is a gem. This is a big hotel bigger than expected as I found out 1 night when 3 full size busses pulled up ( a flight was cancelled and this hotel has some good contracts to take in a whole flight ) so everything gets busy especially at breakfast which was included in my stay and for me it felt like a mini all inclusive with pretty much everything included plus cook to order egg station...now I was treated like royalty probably because I was very happy with the service at breakfast time that my cousin and I would drop 5 bucks because we were greeted very well and didn't need to get up for anything except to get food . The pool area is very nice courtyard and good suntan time from 8 to about 5 before sun disappears and chairs and tables are there but need attention as in replacing 😉. There is a bar with decent prices and good food also with good service. Security was also present and felt very safe and parking was a plenty available. Rooms were nice size and clean but no microwave and no fridge !!! They did have a safe though and toiletries were provided and rooms have balconies. No cash stations and they do not cash dollars..but banks aplenty within walking distance.

We only spent 1 night here after flying into Cancun. Very clean and well kept hotel. Lovely courtyard with a bar. Seems like a good location with lots within walking distance, but not too close to get a lot of noise. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Our room had been made up special with flowers and towel animals, which was great as we were traveling to celebrate our anniversary. A great start to the trip, and I would definitely stay again!

I stayed here for one night at the end of my Mexico trip. I contacted the hotel directly via WhatsApp to inquire about late check-out packages since I had an evening flight. They offered me a competitive rate for a 18:00 check-out, which I appreciated. The location is conveniently close to the ADO bus terminal, allowing you to reach the hotel from the airport or a long-distance bus at a reasonable price without needing a taxi, provided you don't mind an 8-minute walk with your luggage. My room was spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed the large, firm king-size bed, which suited my preference. The shower was good, and the room included a big desk and a filter coffee machine. Unfortunately, my room lacked a balcony, likely because I was placed in one of their more economical options. The pool was large and suitable for swimming, though there were many children playing. However, I found some quieter times to enjoy it. There were enough sunbeds available, and pool towels were provided. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't remind parents when their children don't follow pool rules, such as jumping. Conversely, they are quick to remind guests not to bring outside food, indicating they are attentive to certain activities. Breakfast was good, featuring a buffet with an egg station, which I consider a significant plus. However, finding healthy options was challenging. A major downside was the absence of water at the breakfast buffet, which felt particularly stingy, as only overly sweet orange juice was available. I would appreciate more green options and a greater variety of fruits—there were four types of melons, but nothing else. The hotel has a pool bar, which can get quite busy. I didn't use it, but I noticed the music management was a bit unprofessional, with frequent repetition of songs, pauses with no sound, and then more music. This is an easy fix. If you have to stay in Cancun before or at the end of your trip, want a large pool and central location without spending a fortune, this hotel offers quite decent value in my opinion. I'd personally only spend as much time as required in Cancun itself, there are so many better (and significantly more affordable) places in Mexico.
