We stayed four nights at the Adina Apartment Hotel Berlin Hackescher Markt. The front desk was polite, professional, and helpful. The apartment was clean, well-lit, and roomy. The bathroom was large and spotless (and a washer and dryer), even though it was difficult not to splash water on the floor in the shower because of the partial glass partition on the tub. Overall, it was an excellent place to stay. And the breakfasts were excellent with many choices and delicious items. And the location was perfect: close to museum island, many excellent restaurant such as Barist nearby, shopping and banks were close by also. I would certainly come back and there.

We have to say that this was one of the best Hotel stays. We are avid travels and spent at least 50 to 60 days in hotels. Excellent room, kitchen with all amenities, nice and big bathroom, comfortable bed room was extremely clean. Friendly staff at check in and out. Excellent location Highly recommended

We came to Berlin, three friends, we took two rooms, we received a recommendation from a friend to come to your apartment hotel, we closed the booking when we arrived, the employees at the reception received us very nicely, explained to us, gave us tips and we continued to the room. The room felt not so clean, there was also a few things in the refrigerator that the previous customers probably left the next day. I realized that only after every three days do they come and clean the room. On Tuesday, I asked the reception that they come to clean the room, please change the linens. The nice receptionist told me that it was okay that she would ask, but to my surprise, when I got to the room, I realized that they did not change the next day. I asked the receptionists again to inform the cleaner to change the linens and if possible also to take away the garbage that accumulates. The receptionists answered me yes, okay, but again the cleaner did not do her job except that she took away the garbage in the room. In addition, from the second day that I asked to change the linens, the cleaner seemed to start coming to us really, really early, 9:30 in the morning, and he would open the doors for us without knocking. And even if I would tell him to come later, he would argue with me and give me An unpleasant feeling. This happened to both me and my friend who was in the room next door. In conclusion, the staff at the reception went above and beyond and provided excellent service as much as possible. The rooms in the hotel are not clean and the hotel cleaners need to learn to provide service. So there are two stars. One star is because it is required. The second star is because of your reception staff.
