I have to say my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are big and comfy and modern, the tv is functional and I can connect my devices and the ac works I was a bit disappointed that the pool and sauna were out but during my next stay I will definitely use it. The showers were dirty and there were some stains on the mattress, hence the deduction but everything else was great. AC is functional and is not weak and is self controlled. Free water in the hotel and room Staff very friendly and attentive. Would def come back esp for the price and location

Very conveniently located next to the train station, lots of food and shop options around. Personnel were very nice and responsive, no complains there. Room was very well equipped, with a fridge, stove, espresso coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes and cups, and even a dishwasher! It had a small sofa to relax and a table to have your meals. Bathroom was very clean and all working perfectly. I only had breakfast once, and it is decent, more fruit would be great. Only three observations: the selection of TV channels, which are mostly aimed a German-European audience, and very little for others (CNN was listed but not working). No movies. the bed and pillows were not nice with on my back, and the AC was not working. However, overall a great choice, would stay again.

I just stayed at the Adina Hotel, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. There have been several issues, and the staff hasn’t done anything to resolve them. The toilet seat has been broken since we arrived. We’ve mentioned it every day for the past three days, and each time we were told someone would fix it—but no one ever came. The shower is clogged, the room hasn't been cleaned once during our stay, and there’s no working air conditioning. The room is around 27 degrees, which makes it really uncomfortable, especially at night. The parking situation is also misleading. The hotel’s website says it’s €25 per day, the sign at the entrance says €25, but we were charged €35 per day. When we asked about it, no one was willing to help or explain. The pool has been closed the entire time, and that wasn’t mentioned anywhere when we booked. On top of everything, when we checked out, no one asked how our stay was or made any effort to acknowledge the problems. We’re paying €110 per night, which is far above what comparable hotels in the area charge (around €70 per night)—and they actually offer proper service. The only positive thing is the location, which is convenient. But overall, this hotel doesn’t deliver on what it promises, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
