Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt Westend

We had a fantastic stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel Frankfurt. The location is absolutely spot on — within walking distance to shopping, dining, and key attractions, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were modern, spacious, and well-equipped, offering the comfort of an apartment with the convenience of hotel services. We especially appreciated the generous breakfast each morning — a great selection and consistently fresh. What really stood out was the service. The team was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend!

Very nice room, which is essentially a studio flat rather than a hotel room. Given the price is the same as most nearby hotels of a similar standard, then well worth having the extra amenities like the option to cook and wash your own clothes. Very comfortable bed, decent (if slightly small) gym, very good breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the cleaners to the restaurant staff to the reception and the maintenance staff, so surprised to see other reviews criticised them. Stayed 4 nights and they were all excellent. Area around the hotel is absolutely fine, big modern shopping centre next door as well as the exhibition centre. The area around Frankfurt HBF (Main station) is notoriously bad but that is on the other side of the station from the hotel. If arriving by train, head for platform 24 (furthest north) - there is an exit half way down that platform and you can walk to the hotel in about 5 mins from there, avoiding the edge of the bad area if front of the station. Overall, highly recommended and will stay there again next time I am in Frankfurt.

I would edit my review if and only if during my stay certain thing changes I checked in around 7pm that time the staff were amazing even got dinner place recommendations had great dinner and came back to some nasty staff to tell me to come to the front desk to fill in the remote battery when clearly was not set up I have some random sheets under my bed and the place is filthy with dust it has not be dusted down at all. If you are someone focused upon clean tidy rooms this place isn't for you. And they say cleaning in based on request? What type of default of standard would that be, if it was informed at check in i would not have stayed but they scheme you right off give great first impression but don't care at all as they go Literally can't go to bed cause I m wiping down with my alcohol swaps so I can touch switches
