Adina Apartment Hotel Geneva

The apartment is beautiful and spacious, location is also central, the service received is not much or as I would expect for this type of apartment, room only get cleaned every 3 days but I don’t mind, the downside for me was the fact that when we asked to take our bin out for us we were told to leave it outside the room even though I mentioned there’s dirty baby nappies in there but still told to leave it out, also on day two we asked for extra toilet tissue for a two bedroom apartment and we were given just one for four occupant. The staff were okay but they could be friendlier

We stayed at Adina Apartments for 5 days. Overall, it was a decent stay. The location is convenient, with a tram stop nearby that makes getting to the city center easy. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance, which was a big plus. The apartment itself was fine, though it could have been cleaner on arrival — we noticed dust bunnies and cracker remains on the floor. The breakfast was small but okay. The gym was also small but sufficient.

The rooms are excellent. Large and airy. Big windows that actually open with very effective shutters and curtains. Small kitchenette area that is equipped enough to make a simple meal. A washer/drier, kettle and fridge. There is lots of parking beneath the hotel which is charged but that’s what you’d expect in a city. Only criticism is breakfast. I expect it looked good when first laid out. We turned up an hour before it was due to end and there wasn’t much left. Even had to ask for a plate. Any chance of some bacon and eggs? This was a big deal. The chef had to be summoned from his slumbers in a side office. The cold stuff wasn’t refilled. Poor effort that lets this place down.
