Rooms were a bit cold, but i think all Germany is saving the energy. Very good service very good location. Its just freezing cold in the rooms and the pool.
This hotel is superbly located and accessible by foot, taxi, bus and tube. Great if you want to spend the night in town and sleep somewhere comfortable. The pool has been out of order for a long time so count that out. Rooms are a bit dated and need refurbishment. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping can up their game a notch or two for sure. All in all a good place to stay.
