I was there on business for a few weeks, so the washing machine was fabulous to have in the apartment. The staff were excellent and all spoke perfect English. The location is excellent too, with many restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There's lots to see and do in Hamburg and when I return will be booking with them again.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It offered great value for the money—clean, comfortable rooms without breaking the bank. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and convenient for getting around. It’s also very kid-friendly.The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.Highly recommend for families and anyone looking for a well-rounded, pleasant stay!
The road to the hotel is closed and need to put the car on the other side so you can cross with your bags The reception girls were not friendly and not helpful at all We have a better experience in other branches Vienna and Munich , more helpful and kind staff We asked Adina Hamburg for let check out at 1:45 so we can pray before leaving they ask for 30 Euros!? In the other branches they give us for free It will be the last time to visit this branch 👎🏻
