Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne Pentridge

Anthony at the front desk was amazing! He is personable and welcomed me as a guest. He went above and beyond sharing his passion of customer service by sharing history of the property with me. I’ve never thought I’d see or stay at a historic building in Melbourne like this. The architecture of this building is beautiful despite the stories shared between the walls and behind the doors in the past

Our Studio wasn't the cleanest. Bathroom mirror had splotches of toothpaste or something on it, kitchen sink around edges could have done with a good clean and bedside table shelves were dusty. Service at reception was friendly and efficient although its a week later and my bond deposit is yet to appear in my account and I didn't see it on the invoice emailed to me.

I stayed at Adani Pentridge whilst in Melbourne for a work trip (29/7). Room was lovely except for the lack of hot water. This was apparent for all rooms in the hotel as the work function had many people staying on various floors and after bringing it up with the receptionist and being assured that it was fixed on the Tuesday night there was still no hot water on the Wednesday morning for myself or any other work associates and after talking with work associates who had brought it up with the reception it was clear the lack of care was very low and even saying it was a isolated issue to each room. It was very disappointing that after being assured it was fixed that it was not and a hot shower would have been nice in the cold Melbourne climate and after a cold shower it was apparent that the room was having drainage issues as the drain would not keep up and I ended up using a towel to avoid the water entering the carpet. It was not a nice experience and I would not stay here again at this stage
