A real pleasant surprise. Room, amenities, and staff were great. Everything was clean. Room was really well appointed and spacious. I left something behind but a phone call to reception made pick up later in the day very easy. Pool and pool area was clean. Location was very close to Southbank and city centre (pity it was on a major thoroughfare - but honestly don't let this detract). I had a great stay at a very reasonable price.
The room was a little dusty, and we had no towels to use - luckily, there was a cart in the hallway with some towels. It was late, so reception closed.. My guess is that no one freshened the room before our stay. However it was a nice quiet room and the staff were friendly and helpful apon check-in. I would stay here again. But making sure the room has been serviced.
We love staying here, hence when we stay in town Adina Southbank is ideal. However our visit this time, there is something about the room that it didn't feel clean and then I've spent most of my night awake as the extra double bed actually sinks towards the middle and its actually king size singles put together and slides away from each other. Terrible night and they will be hearing from me in the morning and better have it sorted.
