Adina Apartment Hotel Munich

Great location with lots of night life and places to eat. We stayed with 2 small children and 3 adults and we had lots of space in the room. Love the washer/dryer in the room; so convenient. Kids had a blast swimming and the water was fabulous. There is a great lounge area by the pool where you can chill and read a book while looking out over city and watching the Ferris Wheel. We will definitely return! We had the windows open so you could hear the noise outside, but nothing outrageous or we would have shut the windows. Air worked great!

Starting with the good, the staff were friendly, welcoming and good at their jobs. The location is good for access to public transport and walking into the centre. The general facilities and vibe of the hotel are lovely. However, during our stay, the nightclub kept us awake until 5am on Thursday and Friday. Not helped by the air con in the room being deliberately weakened at night by the hotel, meaning our room was 27 degrees at 3am - we couldn’t open the window because of the nightclub. The most basic thing a hotel should do it give you a good nights sleep, and this hotel cannot deliver that.

It was okay, the rooms were fine, the setting decent, but none of that matters when the people running the place make you feel unwelcome. The reception staff are cold, arrogant, and act like they’re doing you a favor just by acknowledging your presence. Hospitality without actual kindness is hollow, and that’s exactly what this place delivers: style with no soul.
