Good location inside the Old City. Service is poor - front desk is unhelpful and unfriendly. Breakfast has a small selection and workers are unmotivated. The rooms are hit or miss. We have stayed 3 times and the first time one of our rooms the AC was broken. Took longer than it should to move rooms and we moved to a smaller room - no reimbursement for a cheaper smaller room. Second time there was issues with the hotel rate. So we booked with booking.com and front desk was so rude and unhelpful. If they don’t want to honor the room rate for booking.com then they not should advertise or use booking.com Third time the room was so dirty - stinky stained carpet and hairs and garbage in the bathroom and under the sofa. Could be good but inconsistent and unfriendly employees.

It is a nice hotel outside. But the rooms are dirty. Also, service is not personal at all. Just hello and bye...they had motivation like 0. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Dust and dirt everywhere...someone already used one towel before we entered the room. It was wet and was on the side. And someone used toilet paper and the garbage bin...it was the end of our vacation and when I saw that unmotivated staff members, I didn't bother to say anything. Breakfast was good. The bar is nice and they have parking for 25e per day. A lot, but needed because they are at a good spot very close to the centre. That was the only good thing, 2 stars for that. In total, it is OK for a short stay. Even though they have a kitchen in the rooms. Good idea but not good enough for that price to be honest. It all looks like it needs some better management and better cleaning lady's.
