We got a complimentary upgrade to a nice one bedroom with a kitchen. The shower products included are very nice. The location was great, right near Mascot station. We took the 350 bus from the domestic terminal and got there in like 3 stops, and leaving for the international terminal was a breeze at 6am taking the bus 420.
Clean, tidy & great location. Central to airport, walking distance to shops, eateries and train station. Nice Japanese restaurant on site. Have stayed here previously and will again. A little traffic noise heard this time, will ask for different room next time. Good price.
Honestly the hotel used to be much better a few years ago. I stayed twice in a month because of it convenient location and in both cases I had issues. The first time I didn’t get an expected wake up call and the second time I asked for a room with two beds and the room was not available, they had to prepare it once I got to the hotel. Additionally the lobby smells like grill Korean food the whole time the restaurant next door is open. Some of the carpets on the floors are roten and old… for the price they charge there is no value for money anymore
