She made the whole booking process smooth and stress-free, and you could tell right away she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her role. Although I hadn’t met Lily until check-in, her warmth and people skills really stood out. When I arrived in my room, I was greeted with the sweetest surprise, a handwritten welcome note and a thoughtful gift. It was such a beautiful personal touch that truly made me smile and made the start of my stay feel extra special. Lily’s customer service is top-notch. We met her during both check-in and check-out, and her warm hospitality truly stood out. From the moment we arrived, Lilly greeted us with such genuine warmth and friendliness that we immediately felt welcome and at ease. She handled our check-in with efficiency and care, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. Her professional yet personal approach really made a difference. Was impressed by the rooms. Slightly dated but spacious and in good condition. Enjoyed our stay but was put off by the way they charge for everything. $20 for a portacot, $30 for extra bedding. The charges are fair but when the room rate is the same as a higher end hotel you expect better service
