I had such a lovely experience staying at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly helpful, sweet, and genuinely kind — it made a big difference throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Every detail, from the amenities to the decor, made the stay feel special and relaxing. You can tell the team takes pride in creating a pleasant experience for guests. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

A fairly long one but totally deserved. My wife and I spent our honeymoon staying at this beautiful resort. It’s situated in a quieter part of Ubud with a jungle forest backdrop. It’s close to the centre of town with easy access via hotel shuttle service and features an infinity pool, quaint little restaurant, spa & rooftop lounge bar. The restaurant also had musical or dance entertainment almost every night which was a lovely touch and not over-baring or disruptive during meals at all. We stayed in a pool access room which was beautiful inside and out, and was immaculate and very well serviced everyday by the maintenance staff. Staff also surprised us on a couple of occasions with some romantic touches to the room. The bed was huge and our room came stocked with an array of toiletries, minibar fridge with a selection of beverages, a tea and coffee station and a safe to keep valuables. We used the Tejas Spa on a couple of occasions and the treatments were absolutely perfect and super relaxing. We enjoyed a full 7x night stay which included a some activities we booked easily through the hotel. We went all inclusive which meant we could try all that the resort had to offer and we can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. We wanted a relaxing honeymoon and we got it. All the staff were highly helpful and always friendly during our stay and made us feel so very welcome from day one. I won’t name individuals as I’d be afraid of missing people out, but to all the staff in the background and to those who dealt with us personally we thank you so very much for making our stay so special and run so smoothly. We stayed in a one-bedroom villa that turned out to be incredibly spacious — much more than we expected. What truly amazed us was the size of the bed: all three of us (including our child) could sleep comfortably without disturbing each other. The blanket was absolutely perfect — soft and cocooning, yet breathable so we never felt hot. The pillows were super comfortable too. Our child had the best time swimming both in the pool and soaking in the bathtub, and for me, the unlimited access to hot water in the shower was a small luxury I truly appreciated and enjoyed. The service is thought out down to the smallest details. A special mention to the lemongrass body lotion — it was exactly what I needed after swimming. I have very sensitive skin and often react to cosmetics, but not this time. No redness at all, just soft, calm skin. Breakfasts were complete and satisfying, and as a lovely touch, they offered fresh fruit and warm croissants as a complimentary treat. Whenever I’m in Ubud, I always choose this hotel group — they never fail to deliver outstanding service and make you feel truly welcome.
