Every thing was great. The rooms are very clean, the staff is very kind and always willing to help, always with a smile. Good location (shopping, bars and restaurants). In our country the hotel is placed one of the 10 best hotels in Madrid. If I come back again to Madrid I will choose your hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Catalonia Gran Via Hotel , a truly great place with so much to offer. The rooms were beautiful and thoughtfully decorated, blending comfort with modern design. I especially loved the unique bunk beds tucked on the side of the room , a fun and practical touch for the kids. The bathroom was another highlight: spacious, with an excellent shower and even a body dryer machine, which was a luxurious surprise. Service throughout the hotel was top notch. The front desk team was friendly, so welcoming and helpful at all times, and the breakfast staff made every morning a pleasant experience. Speaking of breakfast, it was fresh, full of variety, with plenty of veggies and delicious local products. A perfect start to each day. The rooftop pool, although small and unheated, was a lovely feature, great for relaxing and taking in the view after a day of exploring. And the location? Absolutely unbeatable. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, public transportation (metro and buses), and iconic tourist sights, everything you need is right at your doorstep. Highly recommended , this was a great hotel for us during our visit to Madrid, We’d definitely stay again!

I’m here now on my second day. Thankfully, I leave tomorrow. Today, there is no cold water. Just scalding hot. And the toilet won’t flush at all. I’m waiting for the second person to try to fix it. Our view is a cargo net full of debris. I’ll be back to Madrid, but I won’t stay here. I should note that the staff is very nice. But I'd trade that for 21st century plumbing.
