Adler Spa Resort Sicilia

Staying at Adler was magical. Nestled in the Sicilian hills, this place feels like stepping into a real-life Hobbiton — lush green landscapes, charming architecture, and an overwhelming sense of peace. The attention to detail in every corner of the resort is breathtaking, from the earthy elegance of the rooms to the panoramic views that look like something out of a fantasy film. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was fresh, local, and absolutely delicious — every meal felt like a celebration of Sicilian flavors. Whether you’re relaxing by the pool or walking through the hills, there’s a calm here that’s hard to put into words. It’s not just a place to stay, it’s a place to dream. Can’t wait to return. (The only small adjustment would be to have more sun beds at the hotel)

The most perfect place on earth. Each view, detail, facility, member of staff, mouthful of food, exercise class, activity, exceeds expectations. The gorgeous setting is on a stunning sandy beach with every part of the hotel having views and being beautifully designed. Every indulgence has been considered in a warm and friendly way. The jacuzzi overlooking the beach was a highlight as is the incredible meals. Every room is equally outstanding and whatever the weather you can active or relaxed.

We are currently at the resort for 9 nights booking. And we are Adler friends meaning we have been to the other Adler resorts and everything was great. But here it is a joke. It is a spa hotel and after the sauna, the relaxation room which is a glass structure has no air conditioning!!. It is 37 degrees outside. You use the sauna and you come out, voila the relaxation room is even more hotter!!. It is hazardous for your health. There is no cold shower, just a bucket of cold water with bees and flies in it. So you cannot literally cool down after you use the sauna. Since the first day myself and other customers have been complaining, but the resort management does not bother ! Also the spa manager lady is another level, when you tell the problem, she tells you sometimes things happen !!! Sorry but not when you pay 1000 euros per night. Such a shame on Adler brand which we loved.
