Stayed on the 11th floor, panoramic views of the city and mountains are incredible! Room was clean and well decorated. Bed was really comfortable. Spacious bathroom/shower. The bar also has stunning panoramic views, a great place to have an evening drink. Both the reception staff and bar staff spoke excellent English (apologies for our the lack of German language) and were polite and extremely helpful. Hotel is well situated being close to the main station and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town. Would definitely stay there again.
Overall, Adlers Hotel is a good choice. The views from the room are absolutely stunning — we especially appreciated the panoramic windows and the fact that the rooms are located on higher floors. The rooftop bar is also a great feature, offering amazing views over Innsbruck. However, when it comes to value for money, there are areas that could be improved. The furniture is quite old and worn out in places — it would really benefit from being replaced. The shower in our room leaked, which made using it a bit inconvenient. We appreciated the welcome drink, though it felt a bit limited in choice. It would be nicer if guests could pick from a wider selection instead of the very basic options offered. Another downside was the paid parking. Considering the price of the room, it would be reasonable to expect complimentary parking for hotel guests. That said, overall we had a good experience. If we return to Innsbruck, we would most likely stay at Adlers again — and we truly hope the hotel takes note of these points to make future stays even better. It could easily become a perfect vacation spot.
Room wasn’t big but enough for me. Amazing view and modern bathroom. Shower shelf was tilted so my toiletries kept falling. Friendly check-in staff. Great location. About 3–4 min walk to a mall where I got food, groceries, and a tourist SIM. If you’re staying at the hotel, pay for parking at reception to get a discount. Parking entrance can be confusing. Coming from Brunecker Straße, I couldn’t turn left because of a traffic barrier and had to loop around. Good stay overall.
