Friendly staff at the desk, security, cleaning. Huge rooms! Lovely partner breakfast available at the sister hotel with Tuk Tuk going three times in the morning seven, eight and nine. Good location to several malls BTS and MRT. Beds, pillows, upkeep, all to be desired. Equipment in the gym is broken and doesn’t work. Caulking around the tub unprofessional. Sauna falling apart.

Staff are extremely unhelpful and was quite odd considering the great Thai hospitality we received everywhere else. They don’t do the simple things like showing you to your room or even giving water if requested even when offering to pay. Overall the hospitality isn’t great. The room is okay however out shower was cold every day. I’d recommend another hotel but the location is good here.

I understand saving a few bucks for a trip, but this place isn’t worth even that. 1. Breakfast is served at a different location via shuttle, which is inconvenient. We missed it both days—it just didn’t make sense to travel elsewhere after paying a premium. 2. Rooms are old (AC worked fine though). 3. The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. Our flight was delayed, and while we waited in the lobby at 3:45 AM, they turned off the AC on our side and refused to provide drinking water—even when we offered to pay. We were told to walk 200–300 meters to a 7-Eleven. 4. Definitely not recommended for families. It felt shady and more suitable for solo travelers. 5. The pool is tiny, and the water wasn’t clean.
